  MAX FLEXAIR SOURCE CAPTURE ARMS


Our Counterbalanced MAX FLEXAIR Source Capture Arms feature unparalleled ease of positioning and positive placement through a revolutionary design that has eliminated the conventional problems that have plagued most arms of this type. Counter-weight and gas springs allow this externally articulated arm to work like no other in its class.
Available in 4”, 6" or 8" diameter, with standard lengths of 7', 8.5’, 11' or 15'. Extension booms of 2.5’, 5', 7.5’ or 10' in length are available for extended reach applications.
MAX FLEXAIR arms can be purchased with MAX POWERAIR blowers or on their own for retrofit to existing filtration or evacuation systems

  MAX MOBILAIR

MOBILAIR units are available in a variety of models to suit most any application. The base model incorporates a powerful 1 HP blower/motor with a washable/disposable filter element right on up through a 5 HP dual arm arrangement. All Mobilairs are equipped with a SUPERFLEX externally articulated capture arm with the respective length and diameter to suit the appropriate model. Most all Mobilairs are fitted with a reverse pulse jet cleaning system to maintain filter efficiency and performance.

       DOWNDRAFT TABLES


These self-contained downdraft tables offer extremely high capture velocities through a variation of surfaces to capture particulate and smoke from a variety of applications ranging from sanding, welding, grinding, etc. MAX FIXAIR-DD tables are available in both stationary and mobile arrangements, with varied table sizes and performances to suit most applications. MAX FIXAIR-DD tables are complete with filter cleaning options to ensure top performance at all times. Custom tables are available where standard models would not suit specific applications

       POWER MODULES


Power Module is a self-contained modular dust and fume control filter offering enormous flexibility through it’s adaptable design. The integrated reverse pulse filter cleaning systems, makes this unit a viable solution for applications such as sanding, grinding, welding and cutting, to mention but a few.
The ductless design allows for optimum flexibility in the workplace thus not encumbering your productivity. Workers can freely move about the established work environment.
The Power Module would normally be grouped to create a filter wall and this, in conjunction with walls, ceiling and lights, all serve to create a ‘work booth’ enclosure where safe, controlled operations can take place .

  MAX FIXAIR-DC DUST COLLECTORS    

These filtration units are designed primarily for the capture and control of dust, smoke and other airborne contaminants emanating from a wide range of production related applications. Units range from 500 to 3500 cfm with optional arrangements available which possibly include stand/hopper and drum, stand/cyclone and drum, suspended or stand alone floor mount.

  MAXTRAC SMOKE AND FUME        CONTROL SYSTEM


This custom designed system is suited for retrofit to plasma and oxy-acetylene cutting tables where water cutting beds are involved. An aluminum high velocity capture hood is fitted to the table’s gantry, intermediate lightweight transitional ducting, a movable trolley and custom designed MAXTRAC ductwork complete the interconnection of the exhaust fan/fume collector and pick up hood.
